These terms govern purchases from Rentwise ("we"), operated by Evan Converse [as a sole proprietor / LLC name], [STATE], USA.

• Products. We sell downloadable digital templates (spreadsheets, PDFs, Notion files). Nothing physical ships.
• Checkout. Orders are processed by our reseller/merchant of record, Paddle, which handles payment, sales tax, and invoices. Paddle's buyer terms also apply.
• License. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use each product for your own rental business. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the files, in original or modified form.
• Not professional advice. Templates are organizational tools only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or property-management advice. Laws such as security-deposit and fair-housing rules vary by state; confirm with a qualified professional.
• Refunds. See our Refund Policy (14 days).
• Accuracy. We work to keep products error-free. If you find an error, tell us and we'll fix it and send you the updated file.
• Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
• AI assistance. Some products and support replies are prepared with AI assistance and reviewed under our quality process.
• Changes. We may update these terms; the version on the site at purchase applies.
