How do I open the .xlsx in Google Sheets? In Google Drive: New → File upload → choose the file → open it → File → Save as Google Sheets. Dropdowns and formulas carry over.

Does it work in Excel / Mac / Numbers / LibreOffice? Excel 2016+ (Windows and Mac), Excel online, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice Calc. Apple Numbers opens it but some dropdowns may not work; Google Sheets is the free recommendation.

How do I import the Notion pack? Unzip, then in Notion: Settings → Import → Text & Markdown → select all files. CSVs become databases. Works on Notion's free plan.

Can I use it for multiple properties? Yes. The ledger handles up to 10 property codes on the Properties tab; add more rows and extend the dropdown range for more.

Are the categories right for my taxes? They follow the IRS Schedule E expense lines as an organizing aid. We can't give tax advice; check with your tax professional.

Is the inspection checklist legally required / valid in my state? It's a general template. Some states have specific move-in checklist or deposit rules; check your state's landlord-tenant law.

Can I share it with my property manager / partner? Yes, for the same rental business. You can't resell or post the files publicly.
